General Introduction

Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Notify a1bd immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. a1bd will never ask for your password by email or phone.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any balance remaining in the account will be made available for withdrawal before closure; however, funds related to unfulfilled bonus conditions may be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds become withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = total wager of ৳37,500 must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• a1bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If a breach of promotional terms is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used to bet on specific games or game categories — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.

General Gaming Terms

Various types of games are available on the a1bd platform — slots, live casino, fishing games, card games and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, a1bd will follow the appropriate policy to determine the outcome of that bet.
• The game server log is considered the final record for determining game results.
• a1bd uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure impartial and fair outcomes.
• Any attempt to use software or techniques to influence game results is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at a1bd is available on a range of sporting events — cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and various international tournaments), football (including FIFA and others), kabaddi and more.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a1bd approves this in exceptional circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the original stake will be refunded in accordance with a1bd policy.
• Live betting offers and odds may change at any moment.

Fraudulent Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bots or automated methods to manipulate game results.
• Using or attempting to hack another player's account credentials.
• Creating or managing an account by deliberately providing false information.
• Identifying or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the a1bd system.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately, and all balances and winnings will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
